Trailers being stolen in Todd County
Three trailers have been stolen in Todd County in the last week and police there are asking residents to be on the lookout for anything suspicious.
The first incident happened at the 215 Allensville Street residence of Henry Aguino last Tuesday, according to Elkton Police Chief Bruce Marklin, who says someone stole a 16-foot trailer from Aguino’s driveway.
There have been two other trailers stolen in the county since then, with investigations underway by the Sheriff’s Office. A similar incident is also underway in Logan County.
Chief Marklin says to report any suspicious activity to police and to get a license plate number if you see someone hitching up to your neighbor’s trailer.
